GOLF PROGRAMMING
Recent member programming I developed and launched with great success. These unique programs were aimed at new and lapsed players, many of whom used these programs to engage with the game on a repetitive and long-term basis. Cosmic Golf drew a massive response, and with live music, it created a party-like atmosphere. Golf Fore Beginners has proven to be the single most effective program I have seen to engage first-timers and turn them into regular golfers. I am very proud of the impact of this program.
MERCHANDISING
One of the first major responsibilities in my career was that of Merchandise Manager at The Club at New Seabury. I learned the value of effective visual retailing and developed a strong knack for creating displays that capture the eye and imagination of shoppers. Working with a two-time PGA National Retailer of the Year, I learned to build sales-driving merchandise displays that lead to significant add-on and bundle purchases. Each of the displays below I personally created.

EVENT MARKETING
Fun, simple, and informative event flyers I created and posted in strategic locations around the clubhouse. These were directly tied to participation growth as they predated the advent of social media, email blasting, and comprehensive tournament management software like Golf Genius, but showcased creativity and effective visual communication.
SCORING
While digital scoreboards continue to gain popularity and are an undeniable asset when it comes to running many club tournaments efficiently, traditional, hand-written scoreboards are sometimes not only more effective but also add to the experience and premium feel of a club's headline golf tournaments. Below is a small sampling of scoreboards I have created and the consistently legible and attractive penmanship I applied to them.
